These properties form part of a planning permission that was granted for the erection of 17 bungalows of which 2 have already been built. It is anticipated that construction will start in the next few months with a target completion for Easter 2023. As freeholders, we wanted to help ease concerns of potential new buyers and to let you know that we are aware of a website not connected with us, owned by a third party, who has issued a narrative attempting to cause issues with the improvement & expansion to the existing development. Ultimately, we have decided to build these 15 new bungalows at Stoneleigh in any event. These new properties will be more akin to current market demand and more aligned to current desires & expectations in the UK staycation holiday let market, hence the new on site facilities namely the gym and the indoor heated swimming pool.
